Creamy Barleycup with Coconut Oil

Serves:

You will need

200ml boiling water
2 teaspoons Barleycup
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
50ml almond milk
3 teaspoons honey



Directions

1 Pour the boiling water over the Barleycup in a blender. Add the coconut oil and the ground cardamom and blend until the smooth before pouring into a tall glass or mug. Heat the almond milk with the honey then pour onto the Barleycup and serve.
