Barleycup with Orange and Mascarpone

Serves:

You will need

2 tables mascarpone cheese
2 teaspoons honey
½ teaspoon cardamom
½ teaspoon ginger
150ml milk
2 teaspoons Barleycup
Orange Peel



Directions

1 Thoroughly mix the mascarpone with honey in a bowl then stir in the ground cardamom and ginger. Boil milk then pour over the Barleycup and allow to cool a little before whisking in the cream cheese mixture. Finish with orange peel to serve.
