Naked Burger with Grilled Gem Lettuce Salad

Serves: 2

You will need

2 luxury quarter pounder beef burgers
1 salad selection pack
20g olive oil
Sea salt and cracked black pepper to taste



Directions

1 Grill the quarter pounders to the pack cooking instruction.

2 Whilst the Quarter pounders are cooking, cut the tomatoes and slice the cucumber and place into a bowl.

3 Quarter the gem lettuce and place into the bowl with the tomatoes and cucumber. Toss together with the olive oil, salt and black pepper.

4 Place the gem lettuce onto the grill tray next to the burgers and grill until slightly charred.

5 Once the burgers are cooked, serve with the grilled gem lettuce tomato and cucumber salad.
