Banana and Barleycup shake

Serves: 1

You will need

1 banana (120 g)
Glass of soy milk or cow’s milk (200 g)
2 tablespoons Barleycup with Dandelion (12 g)
1 teaspoon honey (12 g)
A pinch of cardamom
A pinch of ginger
A pinch of cinnamon



Directions

1 Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until a smooth mass is obtained.
