Barleycup with Mango

Serves: 1

You will need

200 ml almond milk or cow’s milk
1 tablespoon Barleycup (6 g)
Half ripe mango (140 g)
1 banana (120 g)
1 spoon dried mango (flakes) (10 g)
Mint leaf



Directions

1 Pour milk into a mixer. Add Barleycup, half a mango and a banana. Blend it all until you obtain a smooth mass and pour into a tall glass. Decorate the top of the cocktail with dried mango flakes and a mint leaf.
