Flahavan’s almond and coconut porridge

Serves: 2

You will need

• 80g Flahavan’s Organic Irish Porridge Oats

• 235ml water

• 4 tbsp fresh coconut drink

• 1 banana, sliced

• 1 tbsp almond butter

• 1 tbsp coconut oil

• 25g grated dark chocolate

• Handful of blueberries 



Directions

1 Combine the Flahavan’s Organic Irish Porridge Oats, water, coconut milk and sliced banana in a saucepan

2 Heat on a medium heat for 10 minutes or until all the liquid has been absorbed.

3 Stir in the almond butter and coconut oil until dissolved

4 Serve in a bowl and top with the grated chocolate and blueberries
