1. Season the beef with salt and pepper, then form into 6 equal-size patties. Cover and chill for a minimum of 30 minutes.
2. Heat a little oil and fry the patties for 1½ - 2 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
3. Slice the burger buns in half and place the cooked sliders on the bottom half of the bun.
4. Cut the cheese slices to size and place on top the burger.
5. Load on your choice of extras, add the bun top, serve and enjoy!
