Pink Lady Cocktail

You will need

50ml Pink Dry Gin
3-4 dashes Grenadine
A good slug of brandy
25ml lemon juice
25ml triple sec
1 Fairburn’s British Blue egg white
1 red cherry
Ice cubes


1. Fill the shaker with ice, add all the ingredients to the shaker, shake gently, then strain the mixture into a cocktail glass, add a cherry garnish and your Pink Lady is ready to serve. Serve in a sugar rimmed cocktail glass of your choice.
