Chocolate, Mint and Honey Seed Smoothie Bowl

Serves: 1

You will need

1 medium, ripe avocado
12 mint leaves
400ml unsweetened almond milk
6 Medjool dates
3 tablespoons raw cacao or unsweetened cocoa powder
Small pinch sea salt
1 tbsp Munchy Seeds honey seeds, plus extra to top
Handful blueberries



Directions

1. Place all the ingredients (except the Honey Seeds and blueberries) into a blender and whizz until smooth.

2. Pour into a bowl and top with Honey Seeds and a handful of fresh blueberries.
