Chia Pudding

Serves:

You will need

8g white chia seeds
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon honey
Kiwi fruits, almonds, or anything else you fancy for garnish!



Directions

1 In a bowl, stir together the chia seeds, coconut milk and honey (if you're using a sweetener). When all the ingredients are well combined, pour into a small glass, jar or bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. You'll know your pudding is done when the chia seeds start to puff up and expand.

2 Take your set chia puddings out of the fridge and add your garnish. For an added healthy sugar hit, why not try chopped dates?
