1 jar of Sacla' Whole Cherry Tomato & Basil Sauce
600ml (1pt) hot vegetable stock
100g (4oz) stellette pasta (a small soup pasta)
200g (7oz) mixed frozen beans (we use peas, broad beans and green beans)
2tsp of Sacla' Classic Basil Pesto
Grated Parmesan and toasted ciabatta, to serve.
1 Heat the sauce in a deep saucepan, and the vegetable stock and pasta and simmer for 5 minutes until thr pasta is completely soft, then add the frozen beans and cook for another 2-3 minutes until soft.
2 Serve in bowls with the pesto spooned over the top with Parmesan and with toasted ciabatta on the side.
