100ml whole milk
2 tsp unrefined cane sugar
1 tsp barista style instant coffee
1 tsp Meridian Peanut Butter & Baobab
1 knob of butter
¼ tsp cocoa powder
Mini whisk (this is a must!)
1 Boil your kettle, pour some of the water in the mug to keep it warm. Discard the water and add all the ingredients (except the milk) to the warm mug. Fill 1/3 of the mug with boiling water and froth the mixture.
2 Add the milk gradually and keep whisking the mixture until it is combined. Top up with boiling water, give it a quick stir with a spoon and enjoy.
