Make It Monday: Googly eye wreath

Make It Monday: Googly eye wreath

Posted 24th Oct 2016

Need a quick Halloween decoration to remind your guests where the party's at? A googly eye wreath is as gruesome as it is great! A fab make for the kids, all you need is plenty of eyes and some PVA glue to make this spooky specimen!

What you will need:

  • Polystyrene wreath base
  • 24mm eyes, three packs
  • 12mm eyes, three packs
  • 9mm eyes, three packs
  • 7mm eyes, two pack
  • Black satin ribbon
  • PVA glue
  • Brushes

Directions
1. Start by sticking on the largest eyes using PVA glue. Dab the back of each eye with the glue using a paintbrush. Spread the eyes out as evenly as you can over the wreath.

2. Now stick on the 12mm eyes, distributing them evenly. Do the same with the 9mm eyes, sticking them as close together as you can. Finally, fill in the spaces with the smallest eyes.

3. Once dry, tie black ribbon around the wreath and then tie in a bow at the top, leaving a couple of ends to hang the wreath from.
