Are you a part of the 'Just Add Mushrooms' campaign?

This Morning presenter and life coach Jeff Brazier is the latest celebrity dad to join forces with the Mushroom Bureau to lead their 'Just Add Mushrooms' campaign.

As a keen cook and single father-of-two, he is the seventh celebrity to join the campaign, aiming to encourage families across the UK to cook with more fresh mushrooms. Mushrooms are a natural source of vitamins B2, B3 and B5, which help reduce both tiredness and fatigure. And did you know that four mushrooms count as one of your five a day?

To show you how you can incorporate the meals, Jess has come up with four tasty recipes, Lemony Mushroom and Chicken Pasta, Sizzling Chicken and Mushroom Quesadillas, Spicy Chilli Mushroom Nachos and a tasty pull-apart Cheesy Mushroom Bread.

Jeff said: "Like many others, I'm a busy parent doing my best to keep the kids ticking over and feeding them healthy nutritious food. I'm always looking for new ways to pack veggies into meals and mushrooms are perfect for adding flavour to fun family occasions."

He went on to say: “Quick and easy to prepare, I try to get the whole family involved when I cook with mushrooms. Filling, great value for money and not to mention delicious, mushrooms are a key ingredient in our kitchen!”
