Don’t underestimate the power of greenery and plants!
1. Gone are the days of having a yukka plant stuck in the corner or a window ledge. Introduce plants into every room for your own well-being as well as creating interest. Bigger showstopper plants can be put in stylish seagrass belly baskets.
2. Garden centres are the obvious choice when plant shopping. But also consider supermarkets. They are now stocking really good quality plants at reasonable prices.
3. Get to know your plants. A dead plant looks good nowhere, so think about where your plants like to live, light or shade, warm or cool, and know exactly how much water or misting they need.
4. If you don’t feel greenfingered enough to keep real plants alive, there are some really convincing artificial plants on the market that wouldn’t look out of place next to real ones. Mix and match to have minimal hassle but a desired look.
