Returning to her childhood roots led Natalie Cardew to an Edwardian property with lots of original features that she’s filled with quirky finds

A bit about me

I’m Natalie Cardew, designer and owner of art prints company, wonderandrah.co.uk. I live with my husband Chris, an advertising planner and our son and daughter.

Where I live

Our home is a four-bedroom detached Edwardian house in Bournemouth, Dorset.

What I wanted to change

The house was a bit dated, and the downstairs layout didn’t work for us.

How I made it my own

By accentuating the period features and knocking the wall down between the kitchen and dining room.

My favourite part

I’m so pleased with the children’s rooms, I couldn’t wait to decorate them. I loved picking out all the décor knowing what they love and making it super fun for them.

You can find out more about Natalie's Edwardian home by purchasing our February 2019 issue, available as a digital download for only £1.99 here.
