How do you feel about working out at home?
A study has revealed Brits are starting to switch up their exercise habits, with 61 per cent admitting they would prefer to workout at home instead of at a gym.
The survey of 1,009 UK homeowners, conducted by AppliancesDirect.co.uk, found 37 per cent have a room they regularly use for exercise, while another 14 per cent have a dedicated room.
