Have you ever dreamed about being able to sit back and relax while the cleaning gets done for you?

Well, Lidl’s new Cleaning Robot could be about to make you one step closer to that reality!

Retailing for only £79.99 - that's less than a third of the price of similar products on the market - the Cleaning Robot is ideal if you're looking for a simple way to keep your home looking it's best.

The gadget comes with two cleaning settings, designed to thoroughly remove the dust and hair from floors and short pile carpets.

The clever device, made in partnership with Vileda, has been created to effortlessly clean into corners, edges and under the furniture, so you can have peace of mind that no area is left untouched.

Another feature is the intelligent navigation system, which includes a spiral mode and sensor to avoid stairs and other objects - an ideal way of ensuring the tidying gets done while you get to make the most of the nice weather.

Coming with rechargeable batteries, a charger, and an easy to empty dirt container, it also has a two year warranty.

Josie Stone, Head of Non-Food Buying at Lidl UK, said: "At Lidl we’re always looking to provide affordable and innovative solutions that make customer’s lives a little easier. The Vileda Cleaning Robot is a fantastic gadget that takes all of the effort out of cleaning and taps into the trend of high-tech solutions that help customers save time looking after the home."

The Vileda Cleaning Robot is available in Lidl stores across the UK from Sunday 12th August, while stocks last.
