37.5ml Pinkster gin
40ml Cranberry juice
15ml Briottet Crème de Peche (or any peach schnapps)
15ml Lime juice
1 Grapefruit wedge (squeezed)
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
1 Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker and shake with cubed ice.
2 Double strain into martini glass and garnish with an edible flower.
